David Donaldson MRICS – Senior Quantity Surveyor

David has a breadth of experience gained in a wide variety of projects, but has more recently concentrated his skills within the housing sector.

David is heavily involved in the pre contract procurement phase and carries the cost awareness gained at this stage through to the post contract stage where his awareness of cost movements and trends enable him to be proactive in his advice to Clients to avoid additional costs rather than taking decisions due to them.
