Inception

Working closely with the Client we develop the Project Strategy which maps out the processes and actions required to successfully deliver the project.

We will review, develop and communicate:

• The Client’s objectives, business requirements, priorities, financial constraints along with his intrinsic policies and procedures
• The project risks, allocate them to those parties best qualified to deal with and manage them
• Any requirement to employ specialists and advise on how best to procure them
• The best form of procurement taking account of time and cost restraints
• Reporting procedures to keep the Client abreast of development with the project and within the design team
