nbm are pleased to confirm the completion of the CitizenM Towerhill and Shoreditch hotels in London, and also the conversion of Carlton Hotel in Edinburgh into a Hilton Hotel.
nbm have been appointed on the new Blakes Hotel in Shoreditch. The hotel will be an 87 bedroom hotel for Blake’s Hotels who are one of the UK’s first and most famous boutique hoteliers.

nbm are pleased to have been appointed by Hamilton Park Racecourse for the construction of their new 118 bedroom Hampton by Hilton hotel, utilising modular construction The project has been driven by both public demand, largely from their local customer base, not only for racedays but for weddings and other events.
Scottish War Blinded/Royal Blind acquired the site of the former Dobbies Garden centre on Hawkhead Road, Paisley and appointed CCG (Scotland) Ltd as the contractor to develop the site based on Page/Park designs for the Day Centre and Unum Architects for the Care Home, nbm provided QS services on both projects. Works commenced on site in May 2016 and both buildings were handed over together, ahead of the programmed completion date and within the approved budget.
Scottish War Blinded now have an impressive Day Centre in the West of the country to augment the award winning Day Centre the Design Team provided for them in Linburn, West Lothian in 2010 and the Royal Blind have established a 55 bed Care Home (Jenny’s Well) that will offer nursing care to older people with visual impairment in a similar way that Braeside House operates in Edinburgh.

After a six month extensive internal and external refurbishment, the Perle Hotel in Oban is to open to the public on 1st May.
The refurbished building will be a cornerstone within Oban's vibrant seafront redevelopment. Pictures to follow in the coming months.
nbm have secured a commission with the Tennents Group who are committed to improving the famous Tennents Tour at the Wellpark Brewery in Glasgow. We are involved in an initial phase which will enhance the current tour by creating a new entranceway, comprehensive internal improvements to create a new shop and heritage centre together with interpretative displays.

nbm have been appointed by the new owners of the Caledonian Hotel Oban, Perle Hotels to oversee the refurbishment of the property.
Director Steve Pollock also worked on the last refurbishment of the hotel in 2002 and is looking forward to seeing this important commercial property for the town of Oban get a new lease of life.
