Hawks Road, Gateshead

HAWKS ROAD, GATESKEAD – PLANNING APPLICATION SUBMITTED

Hawk’s Road, Gateshead, located in the Baltic Area next to the River Tyne, between Priority Sites and Starboard Hotel.  The project is valued at £16M and will include extensive ground remediation works ahead of the delivery of a 40,000 square foot office and a 202 Bedroom Hotel.

The planning application has been submitted to Gateshead City Council and the Main Contract is expected to begin in 2009.

NBM are Project Manager and Employer’s Agent for the redevelopment.
