STAYBRIDGE LONG STAY APART HOTEL, KINGS WATERFRONT, LIVERPOOL

NBM acted for BDL Hotels in the development of the first IHG Staybridge long-stay Hotel to be built in the UK.

Situated at Kings Waterfront, Liverpool the Hotel was built by McAleer & Rushe under a design construction contract at circa £13M.  Comprising 132 units with all the attractions of long-stay, this Hotel will play a major role in the regeneration of this part of Liverpool.
