Steve has for over a decade been intensively involved in the commercial, hotel and leisure sectors.

Having developed a wealth of knowledge on cost data for new and refurbishment works, he is instrumental in advising Clients on procurement routes to establish the optimum balance of quality and time. This is of particular importance in refurbishment projects where Steve is acutely aware of the impact of operations on the Clients existing business.

Steve’s role has developed to provide not only cost and procurement advice, but also to provide Employer’s Agent and Project Management roles.
