Taking into account the Client’s requirements and time constraints we will advise on the best methods for contractual arrangements, tendering procedures and method of award.

We will identify and recommend contractors best suited for the form and scale of project and supervise the required tendering and award process.

In addition we will manage the construction process, monitor cost and progress, arrange meetings and reports to the Client in the format which best meets his needs.
