Procurement and Contract Strategies

Our primary consideration in defining a procurement strategy is the need to obtain overall value for money in the whole life of the facility.  We do not consider design, construction, operation and maintenance in isolation from one another.  The recommended procurement strategy will allow us to work with the Client and other team members for a successful delivery.  Our approach advises early involvement of all team members to advise on buildability of the design and the ongoing operation and maintenance of the facility.
