We’re pleased to share that Scott Bradshaw, Director at NBM, has achieved Fellowship of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS). Fellowship is the highest grade of RICS membership and recognises senior experience, professional standing, and a sustained contribution to the industry.

Scott has over 25 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying and has played a key role in delivering projects across a range of sectors. In recent years, alongside his work at NBM, he has also contributed to the profession as an RICS Ambassador, supporting efforts to raise awareness of surveying as a career and encouraging the next generation to enter the industry.

Commenting on the achievement, Scott said:

“Very proud to achieve my FRICS qualification in what is my 25th year in Quantity Surveying. Over the last few years in my role as an RICS Ambassador I’ve really tried to promote the profession and encourage school leavers to consider surveying as a profession. I’m now looking forward to seeing what the next challenge brings.”

Scott’s Fellowship reflects both his professional expertise and his ongoing commitment to the industry.
