It was great to see the nbm team working collaboratively today as we carried out an internal meeting / workshop to review one of our long standing Client Wheatley Group's Handover procedures with a view to refreshing our understanding and knowledge of their contents.
We discussed the handover process, the Client's reasoning behind the specifics of the procedure, the lessons learned from past projects and ways we can support the Client and Contractor to improve the process moving forward. This was part of a series of internal meetings / workshops we have been having recently as we look to continue to maintain the high level of service we aspire to provide for our Clients.
