nbm was appointed as Quantity Surveyor and Contract Administrator for the refurbishment of the former Kings Hotel on Brighton seafront, rebranded as Four Points Flex by Sheraton, Marriott’s first branded hotel in Brighton. Our team supported this project from concept to completion, helping manage construction costs, contractor compliance, and risk across 95 en-suite bedrooms, bar, reception, and restaurant areas.
