The primary objective was to identify and document all pre-existing defects, ensuring our client’s interests were fully protected prior to signing. In addition to capturing the overall condition of the building fabric, the survey also flagged key compliance issues that required attention before lease completion. These early insights proved critical in informing lease negotiations and mitigating potential future liabilities.
